Landbay

Landbay is a peer-to-peer lending platform for residential buy-to-let mortgages. Their identity was starting to look a bit tired, and their messaging was getting lost in an already crowded sector.

The foundation of the redesign was a logotype which could be de-constructed into a series of modular shapes, which could then be arranged in any number of different configurations to create
scenes, environments and landscapes. Loose, sketchy illustrations added some warmth and humanity.
